Grouting Equipment
STA has been designing and producing special hydraulic equipment for the construction industry and for the naval industry for more than thirty years. We are also present on the market with a wide range of customized applications and prototypes. For the construction industry we produce grouting equipment such as injectors, grouting pumps, mixing units for grouting, jet-grouting, chemical injection and vibroflotation equipment for vibrocompactation for stone columns.
Pumps
STA Grout Pumps are designed to pump grout at a flow of 16 liters per minute up to 230 liters per minute and at a pressures from 25Bar to 100 Bar. With its Robust design and minimal electronics makes it the perfect fit for the African Market.
Mixers
STA turbo mixers is a high speed grout mixer which maximizes productivity by reducing the mixing time. The mixer is designed to work as a mixer and transfer pump to the agitator.
Agitators
The STA agitator is specially designed for continuous cement mixing and grouting. It is the key component to stop your grout from settling
Grout Station
The grout station consists of the mixer, agitator and Grout pump. All fitted on one frame for your convenience, the grout station was designed to be easily movable on any job site.
