For driving and extracting.
PTC’s vibrodrivers are efficient hydraulic vibratory hammers that reduce the cohesion of the soil through vibration, allowing to easily drive or extract sheet piles.
The increasing use of hydraulic excavators in piling jobs, has motivated PTC to develop a complete range of Vibrodrivers that are specifically designed to be mounted directly on the stick of a wide range of excavators.
Ideal for piling jobs with reduced spaces and low head room, such as in city centres.
Vibrators with very light weight and powerful eccentric moments.
High push/pull force.
Three connection options for perfect adaptation to the number of circuits available on the excavator:
– Hydraulic control
– Electric control
– Flow limitor
The Vibrolance Range
PTC offers a wide range of vibrolances for ground improvement jobs.
Various models are available depending on the application, conditions of soil and techniques to be implemented.
The PTC Vibrolance can be mounted on a crane, on a rig or mast.
Stone Column Rig
The SC13 has been developed by PTC to attain the highest stone column’s production.
Every element of this rig has been designed and optimised to work in perfect integration, thus maximising productivity.
The Top feed stone columns are a vibro replacement technique recommended for cohesive saturated soils.
Two PTC Vibrolance models that can be adapted to the required treatment depth through the addition of 5m extension tubes.
Applications
– Increase of soil bearing capacity
– Improve the settlement characteristics of the ground
Just to name a few.
For Pile driving and deep foundations
PTC Vibrodrivers are efficient hydraulic vibratory hammers that produce vertical vibrations to drive or extract a wide variety of profile eg. Sheet piles.
The Vibrodriver range that best fits your application depends on the proximity of the piling job to existing vibration-sensitive structures.
H/HD Range (Standard Frequency and fixed eccentric moment)
The largest range of “Heavy Duty” Vibrodrivers in the world.
This robust range adapts to applications needing to drive sheet piles and casings with total weights up to 150 tons.
HV Range (Standard Frequency and Variable Moment Technology)
The HV range offers the comfort and the advantages of the variable moment technology while working at standard frequency. It requires less powerful power packs than High Frequency Vibrodrivers. Suitable for telescopic cranes thanks to their resonance-free start-up and shut down.
HFV Range (High Frequency and Variable Moment Technology)
The HFV range allows to adjust the amplitude at any time, therefore it is highly recommended for “vibration-sensitive” applications
